You can put a card on any page free of charge.
Which cards there are
- A card for each of the 28,247 plans that search engines list. It gives participants, net assets and employer contributions. It also gives the employer and participant contributions for each active participant.
- A card for each of the 2,600 employers that search engines list: plans, participant records, net assets and employer contributions.
- A card for each of the 52 states and territories: plans, net assets, employer contributions and the median for plan year 2024.
The page of each plan, employer or state has the code of its card, under "Embed the figures".
How to put a card on a page
Copy the code into the HTML of your page. This is the code of the card for Texas:
<iframe src="https://myplanfacts.com/embed/state/texas/" title="Texas retirement plans: Form 5500 figures" width="100%" height="290" style="border:0;max-width:640px" loading="lazy"></iframe>

Terms
- A card is free. You do not need to ask.
- Keep the link to this site in the card, and do not change the figures.
- Keep the link line under the card. It links to the full page of the figures.
- A card changes when the site has new Form 5500 data. To keep the figures of one date, cite the page and its data date instead.
- A card has no advertising and no analytics. The site does not count the people who see it.
Form 5500 does not state the match formula, and a card says so. For one figure in an article, the method of the figures and the "Cite this page" part of each page give the source and the data date.
