• Corrections: include the page URL and the value on the filed Form 5500. See corrections for what can be fixed here and what needs an amended filing.
• Removal of a person's name: send the URL. It is removed at once and the filter is tightened.
• Data questions: the methodology and data sources pages answer most of them.
• Press: figures may be quoted with a link to the page.
• Sponsorship: labelled placements are available on state pages only; sponsors never influence content.

The site cannot answer questions about an individual account, a rollover or a benefit claim. Those go to the plan administrator named in the plan's summary plan description, or to the Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration.
